Teachers, counselors, administrators and office staff all understand the Common Grace (CG) vision and do their part to welcome CG mentors (trained volunteers) who come to campus to befriend the children.
A “School Coordinator” works enthusiastically to identify kids in need of attention, match them with available CG mentors, monitor the matches, and assess the progress and outcome of the matches.

Space for volunteer training is offered on an as-needed basis.

The pastor gets involved by being friends with the school principal, visiting some school staff meetings, and praying for the church members and school kids. (All CG pastors attend a CG training event and are encouraged to also serve as CG mentors)
