mentors with  middle school mentees.

Mentorship sessions are once-a-week and last one hour long. During each sessions, mentors and mentees talk story, play icebreaker games, and do activities together. TRAINING & PROGRAM

Mentors receive C.A.K.E. training as a team. Once college mentors complete training, they are matched with students at a middle school partnership. Mentors and middle school students meet one-to-one, once a week for the remainder of the school year. Activities and locations of mentorship are determined by the mentors. This flexibility allows mentors and students to engage in fun activities they decide on together.
